Had no problem getting in to have my windshield replaced , staff was vey professional. But the workmanship is horrible. Window sealant is a mess , they told me to come back in two weeks it’s only cosmetic, sounds like they really didn’t want to fix there mess up and pushed me Off for a Couple weeks. Stand be home your work, not behind a wall of deception and excuses.

Not sure if this van is from the Glenway location but oh well, it’s still your company name and still reflects your company as a whole. I was driving down Colerain Avenue and this van was flying, doing at least 65 cause I was doing 45 ran a red light on Jessup turn left with no turn signal tailgated three or four cars causing one to swerve into the other lane. One thing is for sure you definitely don’t drive the speed limit and you definitely don’t care about safety so take that sticker off your van.

Update: The shop replaced the windshield and did a great job on it. They also helped with the wipers and cleaned the mess from the first time. I really appreciated that they did this over. The glass was replaced, but it is distorted and I've had to make another appointment to get it corrected. In addition, the service team left handprints and gunk behind that I had to clean up.

I took my car in an older model Lexus, They immediately had glass and scheduled me almost immediately. The technicians were fast personable and knowledgeable. It about 3 hours and was done even faster than expected. Overall i’d recommend this service for anyone that wants excellence service, pristine glass and good vibes all the way through! there are some before and after pictures provided just to show how excellent these guys do it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I initially left a good review the day of my service. 4 Weeks have gone by and I have had some MAJOR issues! They broke the connector for my windshield washer fluid and when I tried using it they spray went all over the side of my car. They also re-installed the lower windshield tray at the wiper arms incorrectly. I had to make another appointment to take it in, AND THEY STILL DID IT WRONG!!! Luckily they DID put close to the right parts in and I was able to fix it correctly. They broke two clips to the camera cover inside the windshield at the rear view mirror. The worst part is when they busted the drain tube for my sunroof. I thought it was a simple windshield leak repair. Had to make ANOTHER appointment! Today they said it was not a leak, my sunroof drain tubes were clogged. I returned home, did my inspection, and they broke/disconnected the tubes. Since my insurance paid for it, I sent all photos and videos I took to my insurance company. My roof liner and likely some electrical components are RUINED. If I had to pay for this out-of-pocket I would likely be screwed. Now my insurance company will send me somewhere else to get everything fixed p
